| As academic disciplines go
Criminal Justice is fairly new. Majors learn about law enforcement, the courts and corrections, and about how
these systems relate to the society at large.
"CJ" is interdisciplinary, and includes courses in law, sociology,
political science, and psychology. Two
year programs emphasize practical aspects of the field,
while four year programs delve more into theory. |
