Save file to your computer and open in
Microsoft Word:
1) Right-click hyperlink
below and a pop-up menu will appear
2) Select 'Save Target
As...'
3) The 'Save As...' dialog
box will appear
4) Specify where to save
the file and click "Save"

Tips and Troubleshooting
For
future reference, print this page and HbA1c Tracker

To adjust HbA1c Tracker elements and to see them as they will be positioned when printed,
open file in "Print Layout" view.
Save changes to your
HbA1c Tracker (tracker4.doc) in separate files so that you may easily create
new tracker sheets as needed.
Do not change the .doc
file extension.
To maximize the flexibility of
the HbA1c Tracker, page properties have been preset as
shown below. Margins differ from the default settings in
Microsoft Word. If you open your file and experience a page
sizing error message you may either 1) ignore the message (but print
a copy and check that it corresponds to what is on your computer
screen) or 2) adjust
margins as needed.
Pages 2, Orientation "Portrait"; Margins-- Top
0.65",
Bottom 0.65", Left 0.65", Right 0.65"; Gutter
0.0"; Header 0.5"; Footer 0.5"; Gutter
Position Left.
To adjust margins--
Word 97-2003:
On main menu click "File>Page Setup>Margins"
Word 2007: On Ribbon click “Page
Layout>Margins>Custom Margins” |
