Certificates created by this product are intended for use by medical offices, hospitals, clinics, agencies, home birth practitioners, and other providers of childbirth related healthcare services that have practical cause to issue certificates, records or announcements commemorating births.  Documents created by this product are for commemorative use only.  Specifically, the product cannot be used to create certified birth registrations or any certificates, original or replacement, which document official state birth records.  Customers of VDM Special Services are free to charge normal and reasonable fees for issuing documents they generate with this product, but may do so only in conjunction with other, greater services they provide.  Mere resale of generated documents, whether blank or completed, is prohibited.  Ultimate recipients of completed certificates (for example, parents) are free to copy certificates for use as birth announcements or similar commemoratives.

These products are intended for use by individuals who operate homeschools.  Operators who are legally entitled to issue documents from their school may use these products to create official documentation.  Other operators may use the products to create unofficial, ceremonial documentation.  Download of either product by individuals who do not operate home schools is prohibited.  Purchaser certifies that he/she operates a home school.

Purchase of this product is restricted to the authorized agents of formal or de facto schools, institutions, programs or other entities engaged in educating, training, certifying, honoring, or otherwise recognizing actual students, honorees, attendees, or other similar participants or recipients.  Customers of VDM Educator Services may charge normal and reasonable fees for issuing documents generated with this product, but may do so only in conjunction with other, greater services they provide.  Mere resale of documents is prohibited.  Purchaser certifies that he/she is an authorized agent as described above.
